Our attorneys possess vast experience in trial, motion, discovery, settlement, and pre-trial work in all state and federal courts in Michigan, including U.S. bankruptcy court, administrative tribunals, and arbitration panels. Additionally, the principle of the firm, Scott Yaldo, has served as case Evaluator in both Oakland and Wayne counties since 1999. As case evaluator, Mr. Yaldo acts as a member of three panelists that have the task of asserting the value of cases before the district and circuit courts in Oakland and Wayne Counties.
